Grace Theatre Youth Camp

July 21-24 | Ages 8-16 years old

Grace Theatre is ready to get dramatic with Grace Students! If you have an 8 - 16-year-old who has an interest in theater arts, our youth acting camp will be held this summer from July 21st-24th. Students aged 8-11 will attend from 9am-12pm. Ages 12-16 will attend from 1pm-4pm. This four-day camp will focus on working towards excellence in drama for the glory of God. Topics will include basic stage terminology, listening and reacting to scene partners, identifying objectives and obstacles, and determining suitable actions. We’ll also have fun with theater and improv games. Whether your student is new to the dramatic arts or has years of experience, this camp will offer opportunities to advance in the craft of acting. Each camper will receive a Grace Theatre Youth Camp T-shirt, a part in a scene, a sticker, and a whole lot of fun! Registration opens May 26th. There are a limited number of spots available, and registration will close when those spots are filled. Be sure to check out the FAQ page for additional information regarding registration, cost, daily schedule, and other questions you may have. We hope you’ll join us!

Volunteer Opportunities

We are actors, screenwriters, filmmakers, and directors here at Grace Baptist and are involved in this valley-wide church drama ministry. Through occasional acting workshops, they are working to provide monologues, scenes, and film projects to be used in services and much more. If you’re interested in volunteering, we’d love to talk more!
