Read the
events of the Bible as they occurred
chronologically. For example, the Book
of Job is integrated with Genesis because
Job lived before Abraham. This plan
is intended to be read daily from January
throught December.

Statistics
show that most people professing faith
in Christ have never completely read
their Bible. Many people start reading
but then become overwhelmed by the number
of chapters (1189) and verses (31,102)
they will be reading. However, it can
be accomplished by reading less than
four chapters a day.
By dividing the Bible into 365 daily
readings, a goal of reading the Bible
in a year can easily be accomplished.

The New
Testament is comprised of 27 books,
which proclaim the life and work of
Jesus. The first four books are called
the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and
John. The term "Gospel" means
Good News. As we read through The New
Testament, we will discover the good
news that Jesus brings and the good
news that Jesus becomes for all.
