People are often more open to the claims of Christ when they are at a low point in their lives, and all self-sufficiency is stripped away. That description often fits detainees and prisoners in the jail system. Grace supports five jail chaplains, who serve at both the Parker Center facility in Los Angeles and at the Pitchess Detention Center in Castaic. The gospel is shared with inmates, as well as with the family members and friends who come to visit them, often with life-transforming results.
