Short Term Missions Launch
The Young Africans, a group of African students who are graduates of the African Children's Choir, will be our guests for a concert called "Our African Dream" on Sunday night, January 22 at 6:00pm. The evening will conclude with our 2012 Short Term Missions launch. Save the date! This year we will have a "local mission" to downtown Los Angeles as we partner with World Impact. Steve Kilker and Brenda Robinson will co-lead a team for a week in LA to reach the homeless and to encourage local urban missionaries and church plants. Come to the Launch for more information!
Homeless Ministry
February 6-10 GBC will again provide dinner for the Santa Clarita Valley Emergency Winter Shelter. We need volunteers for different positions all week. Info packets on all aspects of Homeless Ministry are at the Info Counter in the Lobby.
Survivors Breakfast
Are you a Cancer survivor? If so you are invited to a FREE Breakfast and uplifting time of celebration at Robinsons Ranch on March 22nd. Mike Gaston will be our host and MC for this classy event which is the kick off for the ACS Relay for Life happening on May 19, 20. Guests are welcome at a cost of $20.00. The food is terrific, Mike is always fun, and we get to celebrate life with others from our community at large. Seating is limited! Complete info is at the Info Counter in the Lobby. RSVP soon. This an American Cancer Society event.

We are in the process of shopping to restock our pantry. Cash donations are also accepted if you would like to donate but do not have the time to shop.
