Jail Ministries Chaplain

Joe Feinstein serves in a variety of ministries, each dedicated to bringing people into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Joe is a chaplain for the LA Country Jail, bringing the gospel to detainees and to their families. As one of our jail chaplains, Joe shares the gospel and leads Bible Studies at Pitchess Detention Center several days a week and counsels inmates on a one-to-one basis. He has been instrumental in founding the Returning Heats ministry to inmates and their children. Joe also serves at Live Again Recovery Home. He and his wife Connie are members of Grace.
