Community Care seeks to meet physical needs while providing opportunity to offer help for spiritual needs

Care Circle (For Grace Family)
Reaching out to homebound seniors of Grace through visitation and care. Teams make monthly visits, pray for, send requested sermon CD’s and devotionals, and prepare Christmas baskets for the Care Circle Friends

Food Pantry
A ministry to provide food and care to others including the semi-annual Open Food Pantry Outreach. Monthly food deliveries are made to Grace families as needed. Volunteers help to sort and prepare bags of groceries to be given to those in need.

Friends In Need (For Grace Family)
Serving, sharing, and caring for families and individuals of Grace who are experiencing financial setbacks during the Christmas holiday.

Funeral Care Team
Partner with pastors and families to plan and prepare a funeral or memorial service at Grace.

Grace’s FREE Garage Sale
A community outreach event to give away large appliances and furniture to families in need.

Home Team (For Grace Family)
Caring for our widows and single moms of Grace through home repairs, car maintenance challenges, moving, and seasonal home check-ups. Assist with vehicle donations.

Hospital Visitation Team (For Grace Family)
Assisting the Care Pastor in visiting and encouraging individuals of Grace who are hospitalized or have recently been hospitalized.

Military Care
Grace’s Military Care Group offers practical support and prayer to families of active military members.

Special Needs
Serve as a one-to-one Buddy to a special needs child or help in a Special Needs class. Assist at the monthly Parent Night Out by offering care to children to allow parents time of rest and relaxation.
