"The purpose of Children’s Ministry is to help children and their families grow in their relationship with the Lord Jesus."

Each child from the nursery through 6th grade needs a safe, caring and loving environment so that they can begin to learn and understand spiritual truths. In Psalm 127:3 God reminds us that our children are a gift from Him. We as a church take this God-given trust seriously. Children’s Ministry provides a comprehensive ministry to our children and their families. Our prayer and desire is that each child who attends Grace will come to a place in their life where they will accept Christ as Savior and Lord and continue to grow in their walk with God.

Childrens Ministries Events *

Saturday School - For children ages 3 through 6th grade on Saturday evenings in conjunction with Saturday worship times of 5:30 and 7:00 p.m.

Sunday School - For children ages 3 through 6th grade on Sunday mornings in conjunction with Sunday worship times of 9:00 and 10:45 a.m.

Grace Kids - A ministry for mothers and their 4-5 year olds which meets on Tuesday mornings.

Junior Camps - Summer Camp is at Ponderosa Pines for children going into 4th-6th grade. The dates are July 23-27, 2007.

Angel Breakfast - Lets celebrate the birth of Jesus in a special, festive way. December 1st, 2007 8:00am-9:45am

Father/Daughter Banquet - Held around Valentine's Day, a time for dads and their elementary school age daughters to spend a special evening together.

Children's Choirs - Ages 4 year old through 6th grade. We have 6 children's choirs (4 year olds; Kindergarten; 1st grade; 2nd grade, 3-4th grade, 5-6th grade).

Vacation Bible School - A summer Bible school that meets for one week with an emphasis on learning more about God and His Word and worship. Children also enjoy classroom time with leaders, crafts, and recreation. This ministry is for children ages Kindergarten through 6th grade. June 25th-29th, 2007.

Awana - 3 year olds - high school
Monday afternoons or evenings, September to May. Registration for Fall of 2007 is June 4, 2007.

Jam Program - 4 years old - 6th grade
Wednesday evenings from September to April that includes: Girls of Grace, Stockade, and Tree Climbers.

Nursery
Childcare is available for infants - 4's during all worship services.
